The projects
2025 - Timeleft approached me to redesign their website from head to toe. The main goal was to refresh the overall look with their new branding and create a Design System suited for their marketing team, who needs to be 100% autonomous to add or modify sections of the website.
2026 – I joined the Product team as their Product Designer for 3 months to work on new concepts for the Timeleft App, working with the Product & Tech team to ship new features, improve the Design System, and explore new feature concepts for the future.
What was at stake?
At the time of the website redesign, Timeleft had planned a big awareness campaign consisting of having huge posters in the Parisian subway stations. Therefore, the deadline was set for the beginning of this campaign, as the website saw high traffic during this period. My challenge was to deliver fast and create a system the marketing team could easily use to update content often, while keeping a harmonious and consistent interface throughout the website.
For 2026, Timeleft have big bets they want to test in order to grow their community and improve retention. These big bets opened the door to major new features — my role was to explore different solutions and bring new ideas to the table. But I didn't only produce explorations for future features; I also worked on improving certain key flows in the App and essentially handled all of the Lead Product Designer responsibilities during that period.
